Spring Collector Car Auction Week
It’s a huge week in the classic and collector car world as several major auction companies are holding significant sales through the weekend. Lots of variety will be available and should offer something for every taste. From the second annual Porsche-only sale by Broad Arrow to an online-only sale from RM Sotheby’s, this is the week to buy for the real collector car enthusiasts.

Broad Arrow will hold their second annual Porsche Air|Water auction on Saturday, April 26 in Costa Mesa, CA. More than 50 collector Porsches will cross the auction block along with an assortment of Porsche memorabilia. Highlights at the Broad Arrow Porsche Air|Water sale include a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT with extremely low mileage and a 1989 RUF CTR Yellowbird that looks set to challenge the record price set by Gooding and Company earlier this year.

The 2025 Enthusiast Auction by Worldwide Auctioneers will offer a choice selection of classic and collector cars intended for the collectors who want to really drive their classics April 25 and 26 in Auburn, IN. We had the pleasure of speaking with John Kruse recently and everything he told us about the auction and the mindset behind Worldwide Auctioneers left us even more excited for this sale than we expected.

Bonhams|Cars will hold their Spring Stafford Sale, featuring over 250 motorcycles, including a rare 1937 Vincent-HRD Rapide and racing icons, at the International Classic MotorCycle Show in the UK on April 26-27, 2025. The sale includes over 100 motorcycles offered without reserve and 50 lots from The Dale Winfield Collection, known for craftsmanship and historical significance.
Highlights from the Winfield Collection include two Honda VFR750R RC30s purchased from Carl Fogarty MBE, a c.1937 Scott 498cc Flying Squirrel Motorcycle Combination once owned by Steve McQueen, and a 1985 Yamaha YZ490 Stunt Bike used by Eddie Kidd. The auction will also feature a 1925 Brough Superior 981cc SS100, one of only 12 originals known to exist.

Barrett-Jackson will offer an assortment of modern supercars including a 2018 Ford GT with less than 300 miles on its odometer as well as the expected assortment of custom cars. Featured custom collector cars include a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Convertible and a 1939 Lincoln Zephyr Custom 3-Window Coupe by Paul Teutul Jr. from “American Chopper.”

Carlisle Auctions‘ Spring Carlisle Collector Car Auction, scheduled for April 24-25 at the Carlisle Expo Center, in conjunction with Spring Carlisle, taking place April 23-27. The auction is expected to feature over 400 vehicles, including a 1960 Corvette, the second one produced, with GM’s experimental aluminum heads and a 1963 Split Window Corvette Stingray. Other notable vehicles include a restored 1969 Camaro RS/SS and a 2023 Dodge Challenge Hellcat Convertible. Carlisle Auctions has expanded its truck-themed portion of the auction to two days and has moved the start time to 10 AM each day.
Online Collector Car Auctions Too!

RM Sotheby’s is holding their Shift Online: Europe and Middle East online-only sale, which will run through April 28. Highlights being offered include a 2007 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 Edition and a 1993 Jaguar XJ220. Bidding begins closing on April 28 with more than 80 classic and collector cars being offered for sale.
