Broad Arrow Air|Water Final Consignments

Broad Arrow will hold their second annual Air|Water Porsche auction later this month on April 26. The auction company recently announced the final consignments to this sale and published the catalog which can be found online. A total of 55 classic and collector Porsches will be available along with some impressive memorabilia.

The final consignments that were announced include a Carrera GT and a 918 Spyder, both with very low mileage. In addition to those two cars, another RUF will be on hand along with the previously-mentioned CTR Yellowbird.

This 2005 Porsche Carrera GT will be featured at Broad Arrow’s Air|Water Auction later this month. The car, with chassis number WP0CA29845L001253, is finished in GT Silver Metallic and has less than 800 original miles. It features a 5.7-liter V10 engine, manual transmission, and minimal electronic intervention, representing an analog engineering approach. The car comes with its factory-delivered Dark Grey luggage set, books, fitted car cover, and other delivery accessories.

The Carrera GT, limitation number 0541, was originally sold by Braman Porsche West Palm Beach, Florida. It includes options such as carbon fiber bucket seats, a Becker Porsche Online Pro CD Radio with BOSE, and air conditioning. Recent maintenance includes a major engine-out service, replacement battery, and fresh N-Spec Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. The car’s low mileage and well-preserved condition make its estimate of $1,800,000 – $2,100,000 seem in line with the market.

RUF Automobile is known for its ultra-limited production and groundbreaking performance. RUF was certainly a highlight of the Amelia Island weekend with the “Yellowbird” seen there setting a new world record. The Rt 12, debuting in 2004, marked RUF’s first ground-up build, based on the Porsche 997 platform. The Rt 12 S followed with a 3.8-liter twin-turbo engine, and the pinnacle arrived in 2011 with the R-specification engine, boasting 730 horsepower.

The 2012 RUF Rt 12 S offered here is a particularly desirable with a rare specification. Originally designated for the U.S. market but delivered to Japan, it features the top-specification Rt 12 R engine and sleek S bodywork. Finished in Arctic Silver Metallic, it includes options like ceramic brakes, a painted Interior Package, Sports Suspension, heated Sport Plus Seats, and a RUF Integrated Roll Cage. It has a well-documented service history, including recent maintenance by R-Strada, making it a highly coveted RUF automobile.

The 918 Spyder is a plug-in hybrid supercar, combining a 4.6-liter V8 engine with two electric motors to produce a combined output of 887 horsepower. 1 It represents a significant achievement in hybrid technology and supercar performance. This example comes with a complete set of accessories, including the original books, tools, and car cover.

This particular Spyder, with chassis number WPOAB9A74FL190533, is finished in the iconic Martini Racing design and has only 787 miles. The Weissach Package enhances the car’s performance with features like magnesium wheels, a lighter interior, and additional carbon fiber elements, making it the most track-focused version of the 918. It is one of only 15 US-delivery examples finished in White with the optional Martini Racing stripes.
